Rays skipper Maddon performs Iverson's 'practice' speech

Tampa Bay Rays manager Joe Maddon always likes to keep things light and fun.

He has his players dress up for road trips (as nerds, hockey players and in grunge, for example), brings odd things into the clubhouse (like 20-foot pythons) and throws out amusing tidbits on Twitter.

So it's no surprise Maddon recently attempted to recreate former NBA star Allen Iverson's famous "practice" lecture.
