Pistons fans hope they got a brief glimpse of the future Tuesday.

Michigan fans? Well, they probably didn't want to watch.

Detroit draft-pick Peyton Siva, the Louisville point guard who helped beat the Wolverines in April's NCAA championship game, got the big reward as he and his Cardinals teammates traveled to Washington to visit the White House.

Siva posted a blurry Instagram picture of the moment where he shook the President's hand, along with the caption "Obama!! Blessed to meet him man.. Beyond excited..."

In Ann Arbor, Josh Bartelstein, a senior on the team that went all the way to the final game, said that he was going to spending the day away from his computer.

"I'll be off twitter until Louisville is done with their White House business," he tweeted, echoing the thoughts of his former teammates and Michigan fans everywhere.
