Pac-12 announces TV schedule for four Wildcat games in 2016
TUCSON -- The Pac-12 Conference announced the kickoff times and television information for four Arizona Wildcats football games in 2016, including the Cactus Kickoff and the Territorial Cup.
The Cactus Kickoff, which features the Wildcats and BYU at University of Phoenix Stadium, is scheduled for Sept. 3 and will air live of FS1 at 7:30 p.m.
Arizona opens its home schedule with consecutive non-conference games at Arizona Stadium against Grambling State on Sept. 10 and Hawai'i a week later on Sept. 17. Kickoff for both games is slated at 7:45 p.m. and will broadcast live on the Pac-12 Network.
The Pac-12 also released information about the always anticipated rivalry game between the Wildcats and the Arizona State Sun Devils. The nation's oldest rivalry trophy game is scheduled for Nov. 25, the day after Thanksgiving, with the Wildcats hosting ASU in Tucson.
Kickoff time is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and the game will be televised nationally on ESPN.
The start time and TV information for Arizona's other eight games, including family weekend on Oct. 15 against USC and Homecoming versus Stanford on Oct. 29, will be announced during the season as part of 12-day or six-day selections by the Pac-12's TV partners.
