The fourth and final installment of my 2014 NBA Mock Draft:

1. Cleveland Cavaliers: Jabari Parker, F, Duke. Can score from anywhere, anytime; expected to be an immediate contributor.

2. Milwaukee Bucks: Andrew Wiggins, F/G, Kansas. Athletic and crafty, smooth Dr. J-like skills. Source: "Cavs could take him at No. 1 for sure."

3. Philadelphia 76ers: Joel Embiid, C, Kansas. Big health risk, but may be biggest reward of draft someday.

4. Orlando Magic: Dante Exum, G, Australia. Huge mystery, huge gamble and perhaps huge upside. Boom or bust.

5. Utah Jazz: Noah Vonleh, PF, Indiana. Scouts intrigued with size, athleticism and length.

THE HOTTEST

Check out the hottest NBA dancers. Which ones are your favorites?

6. Boston Celtics: Julius Randle, PF, Kentucky. Skilled big man looks like a more-athletic Zach Randolph.

7. Los Angeles Lakers: Marcus Smart, PG, Oklahoma State. Tough, smart and runs team with an edge.

8. Sacramento Kings: Aaron Gordon, PF, Arizona. Poor man's Blake Griffin is rugged and athletic.

9. Charlotte Hornets: Doug McDermott, F, Creighton. Fills it up from everywhere, does so with either hand.

10. Philadelphia 76ers: Nik Stauskas, F/G, Michigan. No one in draft shoots better coming off screens.

11. Denver Nuggets: Elfrid Payton, PG, Louisiana-Lafayette. Fastest rising guard in draft; complete point who scores.

12. Orlando Magic: Jusuf Nurkic, F/C, Bosnia. Long and great athlete, but lacking fundamentals.

13. Minnesota Timberwolves: T.J. Warren, F, NC State. Gifted scorer in truest sense; stock climbing.

14. Phoenix Suns: Gary Harris, G, Michigan State. Tough defender and can really shoot.

15. Atlanta Hawks: Rodney Hood, SF, Duke. Deadeye shooter whose overall game is expanding.

16. Chicago Bulls: Zach LaVine, G, UCLA. Unbelievable athlete, needs polish.

17. Boston Celtics: James Young, SF, Kentucky. Lefty who can stroke it and dunk in your face.

18. Phoenix Suns: Adriean Payne, PF, Michigan State. The very definition of the "stretch four," could be a Channing Frye-type.

19. Chicago Bulls: Dario Saric, F, Croatia. A draft-and-stash player who may be worth the wait.

20. Toronto Raptors: Tyler Ennis, PG, Syracuse. Heady floor leader should make a solid, longtime pro.

21. Oklahoma City Thunder: Shabazz Napier, PG, Connecticut. Tough winner who does everything well.

22. Memphis Grizzlies: P.J. Hairston, G, North Carolina/D-League: Well-rounded dude who can put the ball in the basket, period.

23. Utah Jazz: Jerami Grant, SF, Syracuse. Fantastic finisher, but needs work in halfcourt.

24. Charlotte Hornets: Jordan Adams, G, UCLA. Scorer who some say may be even better pro than collegian.

25. Houston Rockets: Kyle Anderson, SF, UCLA. Unselfish Boris Diaw-type who sees entire floor.

26. Miami Heat: Jordan Clarkson, G, Missouri. Can play both guard spots and a solid defender.

27. Phoenix Suns: K.J. McDaniels, SF, Clemson. Intelligent player with skills and lots of heart.

28. Los Angeles Clippers: Clint Capela, PF/C, Switzerland. Great size, leaper, Chris "Birdman" Andersen-type.

29. Oklahoma City Thunder: Cleanthony Early, F, Wichita State. Winning hustle player who plays with great passion.

30. San Antonio Spurs: Bogdan Bogdanovic, SG, Serbia. Can really shoot it, but otherwise soft and inconsistent.
