In honor of Movember, we're taking a look back as some of the best NASCAR 'staches of all-time and some others that, well, wouldn't exactly qualify for the Facial Hair Hall of Fame.

Remember this look from Jeff Gordon? It positively screams, "Really, Mr. 7-11 clerk, I'm old enough to buy Pabst Blue Ribbon myself, honest!"

And when paired with the ever-timeless mullet haircut and pair of period sunglasses from the early '90s, it's safe to say this dude was Country When Country Wasn't Cool.

Fortunately, our story has a happy ending: The young, mustached man went on to win four NASCAR Sprint Cup championships, become a true citizen of the world and a hero of the philanthropic community through his generosity and good deeds.

More importantly, he married a smokin' hot Belgian supermodel who has permanently cured him of his sartorial sins.

Let this be a lesson, fellas: Maybe you do have a chance after all.
