Minnesota president: Additional complaints against ex-AD Teague

MINNEAPOLIS -- University of Minnesota President Eric Kaler says the school has received "a small number" of additional complaints of sexual harassment by Norwood Teague since the athletic director resigned.

Kaler tells Minnesota Public Radio News that any complaints are being turned over to an outside law firm looking into the Teague matter. Kaler said the number of complaints is fewer than five.

Teague stepped down in early August after being accused of harassing two administrators during a senior leadership retreat in July. A Star Tribune reporter also accused Teague of harassment. Teague apologized for his behavior and said he was seeking treatment.

Kaler told MPR he didn't see anything problematic with Teague before the administrators came forward.
