In the bottom of the fourth inning of Sunday's game in Kansas City, Indians outfielder Michael Brantley was pulled by Terry Francona.
SportsTime Ohio's Andre Knott reports that it is a right ankle sprain he suffered by trying to beat out a throw at first base.
Brantley was replaced by Lonnie Chisenhall and Brandon Guyer took left field for him.
