The Phoenix Mercury on Monday traded guard Maggie Lucas to the Indiana Fever in exchange for a 2015 second-round draft pick.
Lucas, a Penn State product, was selected by the Mercury in the second round with the 21st overall pick in the 2014 WNBA Draft. She appeared in two preseason contests for Phoenix.
The Mercury begins their 18th WNBA season on May 17.
