ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- Detroit Lions superstar receiver Calvin Johnson dreamed about playing in the NFL.
But those dreams didn't include having an action-figure toy modeled after him and his Megatron nickname.
"Never thought it would happen," Johnson said with a grin following Thursday's practice.
The new Transformers action-figure toy is a collaborative effort between Nike and Hasbro. The toy will be packaged with Nike's CJ81 Megatron Trainer Max shoes.
"It's going to be cool," Johnson said. "I think kids will like it. I think everybody will really like it."
