MIAMI (AP) -- The Miami Marlins agreed to a one-year, $975,000 deal with right-hander Ryan Webb to avoid arbitration Friday.

The 26-year-old Webb made $480,000 in his second season with the Marlins, going 4-3 with a 4.03 ERA in 65 games.
