Marlins recall catcher Solano from Triple-A, place Prado on 15-day DL

The Miami Marlins placed third baseman Martin Prado on the 15-day disabled list with a right shoulder sprain and selected the contract of catcher Jhonatan Solano from Triple-A New Orleans prior to Thursday's game.
Prado, who exited Sunday's game vs. the Colorado Rockies, after landing on his shoulder when he stumbled on the first baseman's tag on a throwing error, initially thought the injury would be day to day. He got a platelet-rich plasma injection on Tuesday.
Solano, who was designated for assignment when Jeff Mathis returned from the DL, rejoins the ballclub. He went 1 for 20 (.050) with two RBI in parts of seven games with the Marlins.
Starting catcher JT Realmuto was a late scratch from Wednesday's game against the New York Yankees with a tight back. Mathis started in his place.
