For the first time in the 33-year history of the Player of the Year awards, the sports drink company released a Top 3 watch list video ahead of the 2017-2018 Gatorade National Girls Cross Country Player of the Year announcement.

She also earned victories at the prestigious Mt. SAC Invitational, the Ventura County championships and the Southern Section championships.

The winner of the Gatorade award will be announced at a later time and date.
