LeBron James twisted his knee in the third quarter of the Cavaliers' 123-108 win at Orlando on Sunday and could be sidelined for Monday's game in Miami.

James landed awkwardly on his leg after attempting to block a shot by Magic forward Dewayne Dedmon with 8:31 remaining in the third. James was called for a foul on the play.

"It was a scary moment, obviously," he said. "I couldn't get my foot from up underneath me, and I was able to play through it. I'll see how I feel (Monday) and go from there."

James continued to play following the scare, finishing with 21 points, 13 assists and eight rebounds as the Cavs (43-25) won for the 24th time in 29 games.

"For me to be able to just finish the game, the way I fell, it goes to my training and the way I approach the game off the floor," James said, adding that he will receive treatment on the knee Monday. "I was happy I was able to stay out on the floor with my teammates."

James missed eight games earlier this season with a knee and back strain. He has sat out several other games to rest and said he would like to do so again before the regular season concludes April 15. The first round of the playoffs is scheduled to begin April 18-19.

James leads the Cavs in scoring (26.1 ppg) and assists (7.3 apg). Monday's game is the Cavs' final visit to Miami, where James played from 2010-14.
