The Cleveland Indians have signed outfielder Nyjer Morgan to a minor league contract without a roster invitation according to Jerry Crasnick of ESPN.

Morgan spent 2013 playing in Japan for the Yokohama Bay Stars.
His last stint in the MLB was with the Milwaukee Brewers, where he batted .235 with three homers in 2012. Morgan has also spent time with the Pirates and Nationals during his career.
