Marianna Villarreal didn't win the 2015 Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant — she wasn't even entered as a contestant — but she definitely stole the show.
Villarreal, a Hooters girl from Roswell, Ga., was honored at this year's pageant, just three weeks after the 22-year-old donated a kidney to one of her customers who'd lost both of his to cancer.
