High school basketball player's pass ricochets off teammate's face into basket

During a recent basketball game between Alabama high school rivals, Tharptown High School senior Max Nolen scored a bucket the hard way -- when a pass smashed off his face and up and into the basket.

Nolen was cutting to the hoop when a pass deflected off another teammate's hand, setting it on a collision course with his head. Take a look at this moment of basketball glory:

By the way, Nolen's girlfriend Ashlyn Vandiver is the one who edited the video so we get a slow motion impact on the money shot. She's a keeper, Max.
