Washington (AP) -- Cincinnati left fielder Chris Heisey left the Reds' game against the Washington Nationals Saturday in the third inning with a strained right hamstring.
Heisey appeared to suffer the injury when he grounded into a double play to end the top of the second inning.
Reds manager Dusty Baker and trainer Paul Lessard came out to check on Heisey, who remained in the game for the bottom of the second, but was replaced in the bottom of the third by Xavier Paul.
