An impressive month has earned Reds center fielder Billy Hamilton accolades.
Hamilton was named the National League Rookie of the Month for June Wednesday, marking the first time a Reds player received the nod since Todd Frazier in 2012.
June was full of feats for Hamilton, who led NL rookies in stolen bases (14), runs (18), hits (36), doubles (6) and home runs (3, tied), while coming in second in RBI (18), batting average (.327) and OPS (.848).

But when it comes to Hamilton, the most important statistic is those steals. His 14 were not only most among NL rookies but league-wide and marked the most by a Reds player since Deion Sanders' 19 in April 1997.
Hamilton has 35 stolen bases for the season, hitting .283 with four home runs and 35 RBI.
