Mediacom Gulf Breeze, FL and FOX Sports Florida proudly announced today the addition of FOX Sports Florida to the Mediacom cable lineup. With this announcement, both of the state’s regional sports networks, FOX Sports Florida and Sun Sports, will now be available to Mediacom customers in Gulf Breeze and Milton.
“This addition is just what Mediacom needed to enhance our boundary-free TV selection for our large Florida-based sports following in this area,” said Don Hagwell, Mediacom’s Regional Vice President. “We are very appreciative and excited to launch FOX Sports Florida.”
Beginning August 27, Mediacom subscribers in Santa Rosa County will receive FOX Sports Florida and its extensive lineup of local and regional sports programming, including all games and programs produced and distributed in HD. The regional sports network’s programming includes exclusive season-long coverage of the Miami Marlins (150 games), Orlando Magic (80 regular season games plus 3 preseason games), a full slate of college football games from around the country and much more. FOX Sports Florida’s college football schedule kicks off on September 1st, with Richmond at Virginia at 3:00 pm CT and Oklahoma at University of Texas El Paso (UTEP) at 10:30 pm CT.

FOX Sports Florida will be available on Mediacom cable channel #38 and HD Channel #832.
