FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- The FOX Sports 1 Fan Express made a stop in Detroit, Mich., on Wednesday as the FOX Sports Girls, with Jordana representing Florida, and Cleatus toured the Motor City.

With the Tigers out of town, the FOX Sports Girls had another ballpark to themselves. They took advantage of this with a full tour of Comerica Park, while filming FOX Sports 1 promos. The Girls also got the do the same at Ford Field -- home of the Detroit Lions.

"I've always heard great things about Comerica Park," Jordana stated. "I was so happy to finally see it in person, but I'm even more excited to watch them play the Royals at home tomorrow."

After visiting the ballpark and stadium, Jordana and the Girls went sightseeing around Detroit City. A notable stop was at the Joe Louis fist monument, which memorializes the famous boxer.

That evening, the Girls attended a viewing party at 24 Seconds Bar & Grille. There, they got to interact with Tigers fans while they watched their away game against the Chicago White Sox. Luck has been on the side of the local teams so far during this trip, as the Tigers scraped and clawed their way to a 6-4 victory.

"Detroit fans are hardcore," Jordana stated. "They definitely love their Tigers and brought a lot of energy to that bar."

The Girls will stay in Detroit for another day to visit a local food bank and attend a Tigers home game before the Fan Express parks in Boston, Mass. on Saturday for the launch of FOX Sports 1.

FOX Sports 1 focuses on the fan and the fun. The national 24-hour network will air college games, NASCAR coverage, UFC fights, and a slew of new shows including FOX Sports LIVE and FOX Football Daily. Jordana promises that the new station will give fans a fresh feel to sports coverage.
