Feeling ill, Cardinals' Molina replaced by pinch hitter in fifth inning

ST. LOUIS -- Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina has been replaced by a pinch hitter in the bottom of the fifth inning of a game against Cincinnati because he was feeling ill.

Tony Cruz grounded out to end the fifth and then took over behind the plate against the Reds on Monday night.

Molina doubled and scored on Kolten Wong's grand slam in the fourth.
