Detroit upends Bowling Green 95-80

DETROIT (AP) Paris Bass had 25 points and eight rebounds, and Detroit beat Bowling Green 95-80 on Saturday, ending the Falcons' six-game winning streak.

Anton Wilson scored 17 points with five 3-pointers, Jaleel Hogan added 14 points with 10 rebounds, and Carlton Bundidge had 12 points for the Titans (5-3), who made 13 of 30 3-pointers (43 percent).

Detroit is 5-0 at home this season.

Trailing by 13 at halftime, Bowling Green gained on a 13-5 run to pull within 65-63, but Detroit surged on an 11-4 run in which Bass hit two 3-pointers and led 76-67 with 6:30 left. Bundidge hit back-to-back 3s and the Titans led by double digits, with Hogan scoring six straight in the final 2:45.

Spencer Parker led Bowling Green (7-3) with a career-high 32 points and 10 rebounds, Rasheed Worrell added 17.
