Defeated and dissed: Rams player flips off Russell Wilson on Twitter

But how do you really feel, Akeem Ayers?
The Rams linebacker, who signed with the team in the offseason after playing for the Patriots in 2014, sent a loud and clear message Sunday to Russell Wilson, who disrespected St. Louis on Saturday.
The backstory: The day before the Seahawks-Rams season, opener, Wilson sent this tweet.
1-0. #GoHawks

As you know by now, karma came back to bite Wilson in the butt, with the Rams pulling off a 34-31 overtime win on Sunday.
However, nobody took direct aim at Wilson quite like Ayers, who put the Super Bowl ring he won with New England (against Seattle) last season and gave Wilson the finger.

Wilson tried to do damage control after Sunday's defeat, but clearly, Ayers and the Rams weren't buying it.
Our goal is to go 1-0 every week. We fell a little short today, but looking forward to getting back to work! #GoHawks
