
Corinthians Tite to be coach Brazil's national team

SAO PAULO (AP) Roberto de Andrade, president of the Corinthians football club says Adenor Leonardo Bacchi, Tite, has been named the new coach of Brazil's national team/
Andrade made the announcement was made Wednesday on television.
Tite's appointment comes one day after Brazil's football confederation fired national coach Dunga in the wake of the team's elimination from the Copa America in the United States.
Brazil failed to get past the group stage after drawing 0-0 with Ecuador, beating Haiti 7-1 and losing 1-0 to Peru on Sunday.
