LONDON (AP) England winger Chris Ashton will miss the Six Nations after being banned for 10 weeks following an allegation of eye gouging.
The 28-year-old Ashton was found guilty by an independent disciplinary hearing on Wednesday.
Ashton was cited for an incident in Saracens' game against Ulster during Saturday's European Champions Cup match.
He allegedly made contact with Ulster centre Luke Marshall in the eye during the game that his side won 33-17 to secure a place in the quarterfinals.
