SONIC Drive-In is back on a NASCAR stock car.
On Tuesday, Richard Petty Motorsports announced that America's largest drive-in restaurant chain will sponsor Sam Hornish Jr. and the No. 9 Ford Fusion at Kansas Speedway and Texas Motor Speedway. Check out the paint scheme.
All that's missing is a pair of roller skates.
If you remember - back in the early 2000s - SONIC also served as an associate sponsor on Dale Earnhardt's legendary No. 3 and as a primary sponsor with Kevin Harvick.
