Milwaukee Bucks guard Beno Udrih will make his return to the floor Wednesday night against Brooklyn after missing 12 games with a sprained right ankle.
Injured Nov. 30 in Minnesota, Udrih has been badly missed by a Bucks team that lacks depth behind starting guards Brandon Jennings and Monta Ellis.
Udrih, 30, is averaging 8.3 points and 3.3 assists in 18 minutes off the bench.
With Udrih in the lineup this season, Milwaukee is averaging 98.0 points per game and shooting 45.1 percent from the field. In the 12 games he's missed, the Bucks average just 92.2 points per game and their shooting percentage dropped to 40.6 percent.
Rookie second-round pick Doron Lamb has been Milwaukee's only reserve guard with Udrih out, causing Jennings and Ellis to play close to 40 minutes per game.
Out since Dec. 12 with a lacerated right elbow, forward Tobias Harris returned to practice Monday. Harris suffered the laceration when he was hit by Sacramento guard Francisco Garcia while going up for a layup in Milwaukee's 98-85 victory over the Kings. No foul was called on the play, but Harris was whistled for a technical foul.
When Harris and Udrih officially return to the floor, Milwaukee will be at full strength health-wise for the first time this season.
