An already banner year continues to get better for Hunter Morris.

After a tremendous season at Double-A Huntsville, the Brewers prospect was named the Southern League's Player of the Year by Minor League Baseball and the Topps Company.

Already a minor league winner of the Rawlings Gold Glove Award at first base and the Southern League's most valuable player, Morris hit .303 with 28 home runs and 113 RBI in 136 games.

Morris, 24, led the Southern League in home runs, RBI, hits, slugging percentage, total bases and extra base hits while playing in his hometown of Huntsville, Ala.

Currently playing in the Arizona Fall League, Morris was a fourth round pick of the Brewers in 2010 out of Auburn University.
