Early in the season, when the UCLA passing game barely registered in the NCAA rankings, there would be a pass a tad underthrown or off target to the inside or outside. The receiver would just watch it sail on by and seldom would there be an adjustment made to get to the football.
It might take only a step here or there, just a slight route adjustment. But it appeared to be an art lost on the Bruins
