
Breeders Crown sites announced through 2017

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) The organization that owns and services the harness racing's Breeders Crown year-end series has awarded the 12 annual championship events for the next three years to Woodbine Entertainment Group in Canada, The Meadowlands in New Jersey and to Hoosier Park in Anderson, Ind. for the first time.
The Hambletonian Society announced the plans on Wednesday.
The Breeders Crown will return to Canada in 2015 after a two-year hiatus. The Meadowlands, the site for this year's Breeders Crown Festival on Nov. 21- 22, will be the host in 2016. Hoosier Park will host its first Breeders Crown events in the fall of 2017. The seven-eighths mile track, which opened in Anderson in 1994, and is now owned by Centaur Gaming.
