You can hang onto those St. Louis Blues hats a little longer, Alaska Aces fans.
Blues general manager Doug Armstrong and Aces managing partner Terry Parks announced Tuesday the two teams have agreed on a one-year deal to make the Aces the Blues' East Coast Hockey League affiliate.
This isn't the first time the organizations have partnered up, as the two were tied together from 2005-12.
The Aces joined the ECHL in 2003 and have never had a losing season, which includes three championships. They are coached by Rob Murray and play their home games at Sullivan Arena in Anchorage.
