MADISON -- Junior defenseman Chase Drake tallied a goal and a pair of assists Saturday, pacing Wisconsin's men's hockey squad in a 5-0 exhibition win over the U.S. Under-18 team.

The Badgers' attack got rolling early and often, and the hosts also rode solid defense to the shutout win at the Kohl Center.

Mark Zengerle began the night's scoring, posting a power-play goal near the 3-minute mark, and host Wisconsin never looked back.

Joseph LaBate and Brad Navin registered two assists each for the Badgers, and netminder Joel Rumpel earned the win, recording nine saves.
