Chris Berman (ESPN, 24) - A week off to seriously regroup.
Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 27) - Riding a three-game losing streak, we'll see if a bye in Week 9 helped.
Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 27)
Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 30) - Not optimistic about Rams chances vs 49ers.
Bob Glauber (Newsday, 28) - Rams had a bye week to think about a blowout loss to the Patriots in London. Now it's off for some NFC West-style punishment in San Francisco.
Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 26) - The 3-5 Rams are starting to turn it around under new coach Jeff Fisher. But St. Louis needs more from QB San Bradford, who has thrown one TD pass or fewer in six of his eight games.
Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 22) - Good news, Rams fans: Only five months to the start of baseball season.
Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 25) - Winless on the road heading into Candlestick Park.
Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 29) - Jeff Fisher is turning things around, but it is going to take time. Getting Danny Amendola back is very important. Since 2010 when Amendola plays the Rams are 10-12.
John Lynch (Fox Sports, 26) - The Rams were "bloody" whipped by Sir Tom and the Pats across the pond. They rested in their bye week and here come the 49ers.
Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 27) - If the Rams are going to make a playoff run, the time is now. Three of the next four games are against NFC West foes starting Sunday with the first of two matchups against NFC West-leading San Francisco.
Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 23) - Five of their last eight are on the road, and so far the Rams are 0-4 in games played outside St. Louis.
