AL MVP Josh Donaldson to appear in History Channel's 'Vikings' as warrior Hoskuld

Now he's adding "actor" to his resume with an upcoming appearance in the History channel original series "Vikings" as Hoskuld, "a Viking warrior of great skill."  

According to History's press release, Donaldson, a big fan of the show, will travel to Ireland for filming and will have some kind of speaking role for an episode in the show's fourth season, which premieres Feb. 18.
