Norway's Bardal wins World Cup ski jump event, but Stoch still in lead

TRONDHEIM, Norway -- Anders Bardal of Norway won Friday's ski jump event ahead of Austria's Andreas Kofler and Noriaki Kasai of Japan but Olympic champion Kamil Stoch of Poland kept his lead in the overall World Cup standings.
Bardal scored 269.3 points from his two jumps, beating Kofler who got 264.9 and Kasai with 261.4.
Stoch came in ninth with 245.6 points.

Czech Roman Koudelka, who won Friday's first jump, finished fourth after the two leaps with 259.6.
In the overall standings, Stoch has 1,260 points, followed by Slovenia's Peter Prevc on 1,128.
Severin Freund of Germany is third with 1,023.
