WATCH: Tom Hanks and Martin Short are very excited about this junior hockey team

Who is a fan of junior hockey? Tom Hanks and Martin Short, of course. The duo starred in a recent promotional video released by the Ontario Hockey League's Hamilton Bulldogs, and the clip is certainly something special. 

The 65-year-old Short was born in Hamilton, which might explain why he took part in the video, and Tom Hanks has been spotted multiple times at NHL games with his family, so perhaps he is just expanding his list of teams he enjoys rooting for. The pair share seven Emmy Awards between them, but neither have ever won a Stanley Cup. 

The Bulldogs have more hockey success, as the organization produced a number of NHL players. Their alumni list includes P.K. Subban and Jason Spezza among others.
