Fleury's three-save sequence a sight to behold

Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury was up to the task of making three saves in rapid fire on Thursday - with the final stop being recorded as Detroit Red Wings forward Justin Abdelkader crashed the crease.
With Pittsburgh clinging to a 3-2 lead, Detroit pressed for the equalizer by unleashing two quick shots on Fleury. The 31-year-old Quebec native used his paddle and his left pad to deny the first two attempts before finding himself with some company as Abdelkader was nudged into the crease by captain Sidney Crosby.

Despite the unexpected visitor, Fleury did everything in his power to keep the puck from crossing the line. Via PittsburghPenguins.com:
"I knew I was going in back of the net, I just tried to keep something in front a little bit. It was close to the goal line, but I'm glad it all worked out."
Fleury (23-13-6, 2.35 goals-against average) finished with 35 saves as Pittsburgh posted its seventh home win in eight outings with a 6-3 triumph on Thursday.
The veteran will look to continue his good fortune on Saturday afternoon when the Penguins (29-19-8) host the Tampa Bay Lightning (31-22-4).
