The Dallas Cowboys have made many draft blunders, but taking Travis Frederick in the first round wasn't one of them.
Frederick, who's become a Pro Bowl center since being selected from Wisconsin with the 31st pick in 2013, likely will anchor the Cowboys' line for the rest of Tony Romo's career and beyond after agreeing to a six-year, $56 million extension, according to multiple reports. The deal would make Frederick the highest-paid center in the NFL.
"He's one of those type of guys you want on your football team," Cowboys VP Stephen Jones told the Dallas Morning News last week.
