LeSean McCoy misses practice, hopes hamstring isn't 'nagging injury'
LeSean McCoy has yet to miss a game for the Buffalo Bills this season despite dealing with a hamstring injury. He hasn't had the heavy workload many expected him to have for Rex Ryan, but he's been on the field nonetheless.
As he has in past weeks, McCoy was held out of practice on Wednesday as Rex Ryan hopes to get him healthy for Sunday's game. McCoy talked about the injury on Wednesday and didn't sound very confident in his health.
"We'll see," he said. "I hope it's not a nagging injury."
McCoy is no stranger to sitting out of practice during the week, so it's nothing new. But the fact that he admits it could be a "nagging injury" doesn't bode well for the Bills. They can't afford to have their star running back limited all season by an injury, especially with Ryan's run-heavy mentality.
McCoy should be on the field again Sunday, but there's no telling whether or not he'll be 100-percent healthy.
