Celtics guard Avery Bradley is "very unlikely" to play the rest of Boston's first-round playoff series against the Atlanta Hawks after suffering a hamstring injury in Game 1, head coach Brad Stevens said.

The shooting guard scored 18 points before hearing a pop and collapsing to the court during the fourth quarter of Saturday's playoff opener in Atlanta, which the Celtics lost 102-101.

An MRI on Sunday revealed the 25-year-old had what Stevens called a "pretty significant" hamstring strain
