Tony Stewart will have solid support for his return to Sprint Cup racing in 2014.

On Tuesday night, during his season wrap-up of “Tony Stewart Live” on SiriusXM Radio, the driver/owner confirmed that Exxon Mobil has renewed a multiyear deal with the three-time champion, along with Bass Pro Shops.

"That's very exciting news for us, and that's why we made a big deal about it today,” Stewart said. “I'm really proud to have Mobil 1 back. A very true test and example of what Mobil 1 is all about was qualifying at Daytona, the biggest race of the year, for the Daytona 500. Danica getting the pole, all three of us were in the top 10.

“You know, if one car qualifies good, you say that team and that crew chief did a great job. But to have all three cars there that was Hendrick engine department. But there's a difference between their four cars and our three cars, Mobil 1. So it definitely was a showcase for Mobil 1's products, and they've just been unbelievable partners."

Mobil 1, which has served as a primary sponsor since 2011, will grace the No. 14 Stewart-Haas Racing Chevy for 11 races next season.

Stewart, who has 48 career Cup wins, broke his tibia and fibula during a vicious wreck at Southern Iowa Speedway on Aug. 5. Since the accident, the 42-year-old racer has had three surgeries to repair the damage. However, he is expected back in the car for Speedweeks at Daytona International Speedway in February. Mark Martin is scheduled to test the car in January.
