Gaughan to run most of Cup schedule for Premium Motorsports

Brendan Gaughan will enter the majority of the races in the 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup season driving a No. 62 car for Premium Motorsports, the organization announced.

Gaughan, who is running the full Xfinity Series schedule for Richard Childress Racing, will be Premium Motorsports' full-time driver beginning with the March 1 Sprint Cup race at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

Garage area veteran Zach McGowan will serve as the team's crew chief.

"We are very excited to have Brendan drive for our team this year," said Premium Motorsports managing member Jay Robinson. "He has a wealth of experience and I consider him to be the perfect driver to build this team around."
