Watch tear down and rebuild of NHRA Funny Car in 360 degrees

One of the many cool experiences about going to an NHRA event is watching the team crews tear down and rebuild their cars in 45 minutes.

Of course, PEAK Auto is aware that the average Internet attention span is a lot shorter than 45 minutes, so they sped up a lot of the action in this 360 degree video (in which you can click and drag your mouse around to look around during the video or, if you have a compatible phone or tablet, simply stand up and move around). However, they do return back to normal speed toward the end of the video where John Force fires up his machine ahead of his next pass.

FS1 and FOX Sports GO will broadcast qualifying from Gainesville for this weekend’s Gatornationals at 9 p.m. ET Friday night and 6:30 p.m. Saturday night, with race coverage from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. ET on Sunday.
