Three spectators were injured on Saturday at the Wasatch County Demolition Derby at the Wasatch County Fair in Heber Valley, Utah.

According to local reports, a three-foot long driveshaft snapped off a truck that had just rolled back onto its wheels at around 9 p.m. local time. The driveshaft then flew 30 rows deep into the bleacher section where, among others, it hit two women and a teenage boy, who were sent to Heber Valley Medical Center.

The teenage boy was released later that night, while one of the women was in fair condition and the other was transferred to Utah Valley Medical Center.

The derby was stopped while the spectators were treated but was later restarted.
