Robby Gordon was dealt a huge setback in the fourth stage of the Dakar Rally.
Gordon and co-driver Kellon Walch rolled their Hummer during the fourth stage of the annual race on Tuesday. The stage took drivers from Nazca to Arequipa in Peru.
Gordon had finished second in the third stage on Monday and was making up ground on the leaders. The rally website reported that they rolled the car onto its roof after an "over-optimistic" maneuver. The team got the car upright, but Gordon and Co. had trouble getting it restarted and lost several hours in the process.
His Twitter feed confirmed that Gordon had problems on the course.
