Dallas cuts defender Aziz Ansah of Ghana

FC Dallas released World Cup-bound defender Aziz Ansah of Ghana on Saturday.

The 29-year-old Ansah spent the past two seasons with Heartland in Nigeria.

Ansah has played for teams in Israel, Belgium, Italy and Ghana since turning pro in 1998. He was a member of Ghana's Under-17 team.
