Red Sox's Betts makes crazy catch, nearly tumbles into bullpen

Published Sep. 26, 2015 11:28 a.m. ET

Mookie Betts came up as a second baseman in the minors and spent the majority of this season as the Boston Red Sox's starting center fielder.

But right field apparently is no problem, either.

Betts made a ridiculous catch for the final out of Friday's 7-0 win over the Baltimore Orioles, robbing Chris Davis of a home run. He nearly tumbled into the Red Sox bullpen in the process.

As a bonus, Bullpen Cop (famous for his celebration when David Ortiz hit his grand slam in Game 2 of the 2013 ALCS) even makes an appearance.
