Grab your clubs, because something seems to be in the air that's producing an above-average number of record rounds.
Three rounds of 59 have been recorded in tournaments during the past week.
Brian Hadley was the latest to put up that number. Hadley shot 13-under-par 59 Monday in the first round of the PGA of Ontario Championship at Deer Ridge Golf Club in Kitchener, Ontario.
Hadley's 59 comes a day after Will Wilcox played his final round of the Web.com Tour's Utah Championship in 12-under 59 and five days after Will Grimmer shot 11-under 59 during the North and South Junior at Pinehurst No. 1.

As for Hadley, a round of 59 is a fine way to start a title defense, which is what Hadley is working toward this week in Ontario.
