Bravo, Bubba: Watson's '39 Roadster brings $410K for charity
Bubba Watson's level of generosity was determined on Friday when the 1939 Cadillac LaSalle C-Hawk Custom Roadster he donated to the Birdies for the Brave was auctioned off for $410,000.
On a nationally televised event at Barrett-Jackson, a classic car auction company, the Cadillac was auctioned off with Watson in attendance.

Watson is a long-time supporter of Birdies for the Brave through his affiliation with Birdies for the Brave homefront group the Green Beret Foundation.
His late father, Gerry Watson, was a lieutenant in the U.S. Army Special Forces (also known as the Green Berets) during the Vietnam War, and is also the person who taught Bubba to play golf at the age of 6.
"It's an honor to support the Green Beret Foundation and Birdies for the Brave, who do so much to give back to members of our U.S. Armed Forces and their families," said Watson.
