North Carolina safety Dominique Green isn't the biggest dude on the team at 5-foot-11 and 190 pounds, but he packs a lot of power in his limited frame.

The video below shows Green hang cleaning an insane 364 pounds, which is only 16 pounds shy of twice his body weight.

UNC assistant strength and conditioning coach Simon Haake, who took the video in the weight room, must have felt a little like a father scrambling for the camcorder to capture precious footage his son's first steps.
